I’m hunting EOFY deals all month – these are the 60+ best tech discounts with my seal of approval

June has some excellent tax-time deals, from headphones to games consoles, vacuum cleaners and more

The EOFY sales train is continuing to roll on and we're still uncovering some excellent deals across many of the most popular product categories. While we did spot some retailers jumping the gun especially early, dropping their EOFY deals around the beginning of May, the vast majority of Australia's biggest retailers have now come forward with their discounts, which means more goodies for us to tell you about

Now, I probably don't need to remind you, but just in case you were unaware, the great thing about EOFY sales in Australia is any purchase you use for work (which you can prove, remember) can also be tax deductible. So not only are you saving because of the discount being offered by a retailer, but you'll also get more value out of it once your tax returns are in. You will, of course, need to hold to on these receipts though.

My team and I are on the task: trawling through nearly every trusted Aussie retailer we can think of to bring you only the best tech EOFY deals we can unearth. These are handpicked by experts – between us, we have a wealth of knowledge on all things tech, so you can trust we're highlighting EOFY deals that are absolutely worth your time. However, I've also got a list of some major retailers below that I would look at if I were shopping for EOFY deals – if you don't find what you're looking for in my list below, take a look at the retailers I've suggested.

In the meantime, my team is also maintaining specific EOFY pages. Take a look at the below:
Best EOFY 2025 laptop deals
Best EOFY 2025 Apple deals
Best EOFY 2025 Samsung deals

We'll keep all our EOFY deals pages updated throughout June, so stick with us as we find your the best prices on premium products.

It's also got premium extras such as a 16:10 (1920 x 1200) 13.3-inch touchscreen display with a high 400-nit brightness and 100% sRGB colour reproduction, and a facial-recognition webcam. Not bad for 38% off.

Logitech Pebble Keys 2 (K380s)
Logitech Pebble Keys 2 (K380s): was AU$69 now AU$49 at Amazon

Save up to AU$20

Not the biggest discount on Logitech's cute and wireless Pebble Keys 2 keyboard, but an attractive gadget if you want to add some colour to your desk. The deal here is for the black model, but you can get white for AU$55.

Logitech Lift
Logitech Lift: was AU$129.95 now AU$85 at Amazon

Save AU$44.95

This ergonomic vertical mouse is perfect for small hands and is set up just right to encourage better posture, thus reducing aches along the wrist, shoulder and shoulder blade. While we've seen the Black colourway drop to AU$68, it's still worth considering even this price. The white and pink colour options are just a dollar more via the same listing.

Logitech MX Master 3S
Logitech MX Master 3S: was AU$169 now AU$119 at Amazon

Save AU$50

It might be getting long in the tooth, but it's arguably one of the best pointers you can buy. While not as cheap as its previous AU$104 price drop, this 30% discount is still worth considering. It has a long battery life, and Logitech says you should get up to 70 days of charge out of it. The mouse has an 8,000 DPI sensor too, which allows you to use it on lots of surfaces, including glass. The MX Master 3S is quiet in use, so it's ideal for an office environment.

Archer AX55 Gigabit Wi-Fi 6 AX3000 Router
Archer AX55 Gigabit Wi-Fi 6 AX3000 Router: was AU$159 now AU$124 at Amazon

Save AU$35

Our friends at Tom's Guide were impressed in their 4-star TP-Link Archer AX55 review, and it's one of our favourite models thanks to a good mix of solid Wi-Fi performance and an affordable price tag. While it's previously dropped to AU$103.70 on Amazon, this saving ain't too bad either.

Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Dex Lightspeed wireless gaming mouse
Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Dex Lightspeed wireless gaming mouse: was AU$299.95 now AU$184.91 at Amazon

Save AU$115.04

Epson EcoTank ET-2850 multifunction printer
Epson EcoTank ET-2850 multifunction printer: was AU$499 now AU$382.99 at Amazon

Save AU$116.01

A solid 23% discount on a pretty good printer, which while not super exciting, is still very much appreciated. The EcoTank range helps lower your ink costs, and can be very economical to run. Plus the deal here is only AU$26 more than the lowest price we have seen on Amazon, and much better than anywhere else online. For more insight, check out our EcoTank ET-2850 review.

TP-Link Deco BE65 BE11000 WiFi 7 Tri-Band Mesh (3-pack)
TP-Link Deco BE65 BE11000 WiFi 7 Tri-Band Mesh (3-pack): was AU$1,099 now AU$858 at Amazon

While not the very lowest price we have seen, this is still a decent discount. We suggest you read our TP-Link Deco BE63 review for the full breakdown, but suffice to say it's very fast, and while Wi-Fi 7 isn't widely supported just yet, it gives great future proofing. It's also ideal for gamers, or those with a NAS, as the mesh nodes include a 2.5G network port.

Google Pixel 9 Pro XL
Google Pixel 9 Pro XL: was AU$1,847 now AU$1,347 at JB Hi-Fi

Save AU$500

This is one of our favourite Android handsets here at TechRadar and its slightly bigger size over the standard Pro model is no bad thing. Save AU$451

This is one of Samsung's affordability-oriented performance tablets, existing between the company's budget Tab A family and powerful Tab S range. There's a newer model on sale, but given there isn't a big performance gap between the devices, this is likely the better value pick.

Superloop NBN 1000 | 860Mbps TES | AU$85 p/m (first 6 months, then AU$109 p/m)

Need a speedier internet plan to go with your new PC or laptop? Then Superloop has the EOFY NBN deal for you. The telco's fastest plan has received a huge AU$144 discount over 6 months, bringing its introductory cost down to a figure lower than many plans that are over 17x slower! The ongoing cost is also below the current national average.

• AU$85 total minimum cost
• AU$1,164 first year cost
• AU$1,308 ongoing yearly cost

Buddy | 49Mbps | AU$67p/m

Buddy | 49Mbps | AU$67p/m (first 6 months, then AU$75p/m)

It's great to see one of our favourite providers, Buddy, getting in on the EOFY action and dropping the cost of its popular NBN 50 plan to a decidedly affordable AU$67p/m for the first 6 months. In truth, this plan isn't the cheapest over the first year, but the ongoing yearly cost is among the cheapest, plus you're getting a top-rated provider in return.

• AU$67 minimum cost
• AU$852 first year cost
• AU$900 ongoing yearly cost

Optus EOFY deals: up to 50% off select phones on a 24- or 36-month plan

Optus' EOFY sale is shaving the price off quite a few current flagship phones, with savings of up to 50%. The caveat here is you will need to sign up for a 24- or a 36-month plan to pocket the savings. The repayments are, of course, interest free. Some of the standout offers are:

Sony Bravia 8 II
Sony Bravia 8 II: was AU$5,295 now AU$3,995 at JB Hi-Fi

Save AU$1,300

Announced in April and been available on shelves only since May, this TV is very fresh indeed. And while we haven't done a thorough test, one of our colleagues got to see it in person and says it could be a "masterpiece". It promises superior images than many of the previous Sony TVs before it, and this discount makes it quite the catch.

Samsung OLED S90D (83-inch, 2024)
Samsung OLED S90D (83-inch, 2024): was AU$7,999 now AU$4,888 at JB Hi-Fi

Save AU$3,111

Though Samsung's impressive S90D TV debuted in 2024, it's still an impressive screen a year later, especially if you want a cost-effective 83-inch TV with gorgeous picture quality. It doesn't feature the same anti-glare film as the flagship S95D from 2024, but it's still very impressive, owing to its brilliant contrast and operating system.

Sennheiser Ambeo Soundbar Mini
Sennheiser Ambeo Soundbar Mini: was AU$1,299 now AU$999 at Amazon

Save AU$300

It might be mini by name but it's certainly not mini by nature. This Sennheiser soundbar is easy to accommodate and is more than capable of delivering a huge, detailed and precise sound into your room. Its companion app is one of the best around and it does well with music. The only real drawback is that it doesn't support HDMI passthrough.

Also available direct from Sennheiser for the same price.

Sonos Arc Ultra
Sonos Arc Ultra: was AU$1,799 now AU$1,599 at JB Hi-Fi

Save AU$200

It's not often Sonos gear receives a discount, which is what makes this small but significant saving on the tremendous Arc Ultra soundbar so attractive. It's a formidable one-box soundbar that delivers effective Dolby Atmos effects, a wide soundstage and powerful bass. Plus, you can add on extra speakers to create a full surround sound steup (other speakers are also on sale right now at JB Hi-Fi).

Sennheiser's fourth generation wireless over-ear cans are fantastic. In our five-star Sennheiser Momentum 4 review, we called these headphones "unbeatable". With active noise-cancellation, 60-hours of battery life and excellent sound quality, there are few pairs that can compete with the Momentum 4. The incredible deal price here is for eBay Plus members that use code JUNEOFY20.

They do have a couple of flaws, but the pros outweigh the cons. You will have to be an eBay Plus member to take advantage of this offer though, otherwise it will cost you AU$788.

JBL Spinner BT turntable
JBL Spinner BT turntable: was AU$649.95 now AU$444 at Amazon

Save AU$205.95

Our esteemed colleagues at What Hi-Fi? said this turntable from JBL is a surefire winner in the budget space. It has a great quality built-in phono output making connection to an amplifier as easy as possible (but you can bypass it if you wish) or you can stream via Bluetooth to a wireless speaker. It also looks pretty darn good in our opinion, especially in the black and orange guise on sale here. If you're looking for an affordable turntable upgrade, or a solid starting point to enter the world of vinyl, this JBL spinner is an excellent choice.

DJI Osmo Action 4
DJI Osmo Action 4: was AU$469 now AU$329 at Amazon

Save AU$140

As one of the best GoPro alternatives out there, DJI is pushing the boundaries of what is possible with action cameras. The Osmo Action 4 isn't the latest model, but it's still great in low light, waterproof down to 18m and has a magnetic mounting system to die for. Even better, at AU$329, it's only AU$5 more than its lowest-ever price.

This micro four thirds camera is a real marvel. We were so impressed with it that it scored 4.5 stars in our OM System OM-1 Mark II review. It's image quality is par excellence but its standout features are its superb stabilisation and the built-in graduated ND filters. It's a serious little camera for the serious photographer and is now at the cheapest it's been this month. This has gone up in price quite a bit within the past couple of days, so you may want to be quick to snap it up in case it goes up again.

Save AU$40 with code SSNOW

There’s technically an AU$50 saving to be had here with postage factored in, if you want to be pedantic (or y’know, further justify the purchase with a parent/spouse/partner). With a bigger screen, nicer controllers and more power than its predecessor, the Switch 2 is the ultimate couch-co-op console that also works on the go. It’s also the only device which can run the excellent new Mario Kart World. We’re still in the process of completing our Nintendo Switch 2 review, but during my use, I’ve found it to be brilliantly fun, building upon the excellence of the original.

In our Logitech G Pro X 2 review, we awarded the headset four and half stars, complimenting its lightweight construction, premium app, DTS Super Stereo integration and incredible audio, though noted it’s not cheap. Thankfully there’s a sale.

If it’s still too pricey, you could also consider the Logitech G Pro X 2 SE for AU$155 (was AU$199.95).

In our Philips 5000 Series Dual Basket XXL Air Fryer Steam review, we said that it cooks everything really well, but there are some caveats to keep in mind when it comes to the use of steam. Still, it's absolutely worth the investment if you want to upgrade from an old air fryer.

Dyson Supersonic Nural hair dryer (Ceramic Patina / Topaz): was AU$749 now AU$499 at Amazon

We have seen this Dyson hair dryer go quite a bit lower in price, so it may drop again later in the year, but if you're hoping to treat yourself now, this is a good price to pick it up for. Dyson's "most intelligent" hairdryer is designed to dry your hair faster and without the possibility of heat damage thanks to its new Scalp Protect mode.

We rate the Vertuo Creatista as the best Nespresso machine out there thanks to its use of the Vertuo pods, which come in a range of cup and mug sizes and an integrated milk frother. Dyson Gen5detect Absolute
Dyson Gen5detect Absolute: was AU$1,549 now AU$949.99 at Amazon

39% off Dyson's most powerful cordless vac isn't too bad a deal – it has seen a 43% discount during Black Friday on Amazon though. Still, for its power and battery life alone, this is something to consider. You also get the Fluffy Optic cleaning head that illuminates invisible dust on hard floors to ensure you can capture every last mote.

Need more bin capacity for a larger home? The Dyson Gen5outsize is also discounted – 36% off, down to AU$1,049.99 from AU$1,649.

Ecovacs Deebot T30 Omni
Ecovacs Deebot T30 Omni: was AU$1,749 now AU$1,249 at Amazon

Save AU$500

According to our Ecovacs Deebot T30 Omni review, this all-in-one robot vacuum represents excellent value even at full price. It balances price and feature set well, but also performed just as good in our tests. While it might struggle on carpets, particularly if you have pets who shed a lot, it'll be fantastic if you predominately have hard floors. It even gets edge cleaning done better than some other more expensive models. And while it was down to AU$999 for Amazon's Mid-Year Sale, this is still a decent offer to consider.

Desky Swivel 3D Tilt Chair
Desky Swivel 3D Tilt Chair: was AU$379 now AU$341.10 at Desky

Save AU$37.90

It's not a huge discount but this is quite an affordable chair already and, what sets it apart from others on the market is that it tilts marginally in all angles. This allows the seat to move with you, encouraging micro movements that can add up over the day and promote better health and burn a few extra calories. It's ideal for thinner people but you won't get much in terms of back support.

Matching a discount we saw during the last Black Friday, this is a good offer if you're looking for a chair with some decent ergonomic setup. Exceptional espresso every time

KitchenAid KF6 espresso machine in cream on a kitchen counter.

If you love coffee as much as I do, then you'll know how important it can be to have a top-performing espresso machine at home. Not only is having one plonked on your kitchen counter a convenient solution to a 6 a.m. brew and saving you a trip to your local cafe, but it also cuts down on your usage of takeaway cups, and it can save you money.

But which coffee machine should you choose? Well, based on our KitchenAid KF6 review, it's one that's seriously worthy your consideration. To be honest, I wish I had the pleasure of reviewing this one myself, as my colleague Cat gave it a glowing five-star review, with the only faults being real trivial ones.

Not only does the machine look fantastic in my opinion, but it can brew "exceptional espresso" with a delicious, thick crema. There are plenty of customisable drink presets to choose from, and perhaps best of all, it's easy to use.

It could conceivably have been deemed affordable at its original price considering what it can do, but you can now grab the machine, bundled with a milk container and hose for frothing with a tidy AU$458 discount at Amazon.

• KitchenAid KF6: AU$1,799 AU$1,399 at Amazon

Alternatively, if you want your new coffee machine in a more attractive colour, you can check out KitchenAid's range of exclusive colours, and get the machine for AU$1,499.

Game on!

A Nintendo Switch 2 on a red background

The Nintendo Switch 2 has only been available for a week and we've already spotted a substantial discount on the cute and portable console.

With the code SSNOW, you can save AU$50 on both the Nintendo Switch 2 and shipping from EB Games' eBay store – bringing the price down to AU$659.90. It's not the biggest saving, but given that the console only debuted recently, it's still a worthwhile way to spend less while also getting the latest console – and it frees up some cash to buy some games or extra accessories, as this bundle only includes the console, two Joy-Cons, a Joy-Con controller bracket and a dock.

Total home cinema

Sonos Ultimate Immersive Set in black on an orange background.

Sonos makes some of the best soundbars to elevate your home TV viewing experience. And you can take things even further with the addition of rear speakers and a subwoofer, to give you a fully-fledged Dolby Atmos home cinema system, without the need for too much space.

Now, I'm first to admit Sonos gear ain't exactly cheap, especially when you start adding more products onto your order, which is why discounts across the entire range at JB Hi-Fi have caught my attention.

Taking the most feature-packed kit as an example, comprising the Arc Ultra soundbar, 2x Era 300s for the rear and a Sub 4 for room-shaking bass, the total cost of the components together – AU$3,796 – comes to less than buying the full set direct at Sonos – AU$4,366. That's AU$570 in savings!

Plus, by buying individually, you're free to choose which colour you want for which speaker. You may want a black soundbar to blend in with your TV entertainment unit, for example, and white rear speakers to match your sofa.

We're back on the tools once again today to seek out the best that EOFY 2025 has to offer. I've just performed a price check of all the current deals listed on this page and, fortunately, most have remained steady.

I have noticed a few price increases, notably on select cameras and TVs, so I'll be making sure to look for replacements for those as my priority today.

PS5 gamers should get excited, however, as the PSVR2 has dropped further in price on Amazon by around AU$100. It's still not hit the lowest-ever price we've seen, but at just over AU$530, it could make now the perfect time for you to venture into VR.

Canon your way into photography

The Canon EOS R7 on a blue background

Just because camera makers have been concentrating on full-frame 35mm snappers, doesn't mean the smaller sensors aren't worth considering. The EOS R7, particularly, is a wonderful enthusiast-level camera with specs that belong on a higher-end model. 32.5MP resolution, 651 autofocus points with Dual Pixel CMOS AF II on board, 5-axis stabilisation, up to 30fps bursts, 4K/60p video... that list goes on and impressively so. And it performs remarkably well in the real world too.

If you've been considering getting your very first camera, then Amazon currently has the best price for the body – note, however, that stock is extremely limited.

Canon EOS R7 body: was AU$2,299 AU$1,794 on Amazon

If you're after a kit for this mirrorless marvel, then again, Amazon might be the best place to shop. You can get the R7 bundled with the 18-150mm kit lens from Ted's Cameras for AU$2,272, but Amazon has beaten the camera specialist by AU$77.

Max it out with Apple

Purple Airpods Max

Apple's AirPods Max are a ridiculously expensive set of over-ear headphones, but damn are they good! If you have the spare change, then you're getting a really classy design combined with a beautiful soundstage and really good noise cancellation that matches the competition from Sony and Bose.

If you're an iPhone or iPad user (or any Apple device, really), then these cans truly are a great companion if you're after beautiful sound. Understandably its AU$899 price tag is rather inhibiting, but if you're keen, then take advantage of the AU$189 discount available on eBay right now.

You will need to be an eBay Plus member to get the full discount – if you aren't, then it's a good thing that you can sign up for a free trial to grab this offer. You can always cancel any time if you don't want to pay the ongoing AU$49 annual fee.

Note that this offer applies only to the Black colourway.

Stand up for this deal – quality standing desk for less

A Desky Dual standing desk with bamboo finish and black frame on a cyan background with a TechRadar Don't Miss deal label

EOFY is a great time to invest in office furniture – whether that's for the workplace or the home office. Either way, this one is definitely tax deductible.

A standing desk doesn't come cheap, at least not a quality one. I have one of these at home myself and have been using it for nearly a year now. So far, I've had no complaints at all. In fact, Aussie company Desky has made one heck of a standing desk.

It's standout feature is the under-desk cable management system. While this is an additional purchase for AU$49, it's absolutely worth it. Your power board can sit within or, if you're willing to spend a little more money, you can get clip-in boards from the company itself. These keep all your cables hidden away and, best part, you can even fit the tray on after you've assembled the desk. It's really easy to do so.

The hardwood options, while expensive, are excellent. The dual motors I have on my desk are quiet and, interestingly, if the companion app on my iPhone is connected to the desk, I can just ask Siri to raise or lower the Desky for me. The caveat here is that the app needs to stay connected which, sadly, doesn't happen if you have exited it. That said, the controller is easy to use and set up, plus its colour lighting is a nice touch. All in all, a fantastic investment for a workspace.

Good morning deal fans!

We've only just seriously begun to hunt for EOFY deals – we're blaming Amazon for keeping us busy last week with its Mid-Year Sale.

You don't really need to fret if you missed out on that sale. We're pedal to the metal now to finding all the best tech EOFY deals we can from various retailers. My team and I will do all the hard work for you – we'll find the discounted item, compare prices across retailers, then tell you where to buy it from.

In the meantime, we've already made sure that all the deals currently on this page have been checked for price and stock. We'll continue to add to this list today, and through the rest of the month, so don't go anywhere.

Amazon's Mid-Year Sale for 2025 might have ended, but not all the deals have. There are still plenty of great discounts to be had. I've already highlighted the Bose QC Ultra Headphones below, but there's a lot more where that came from.

From a tempting 45% on an very capable Samsung tablet to a whole bunch of PC peripherals to kit out your work desk. If you missed out, we've still got all the best deals still available from the sale listed on a dedicated page.

Check out all best deals from Amazon Mid-Year Sale still live.

Sony's brave deal – via JB Hi-Fi

This is the TV deal of the day!

There are already quite a few good EOFY TV deals but this one stands out for being a very deep discount on a telly that has been on shelves for just about a month.

The Sony Bravia 8 II was announced in April, then came to shelves last month. I'm no expert when it comes to TVs, but my colleague Max Langridge assures me that this one heck of a deal. He's so confident that it's a good offer that he's written about the Sony OLED TV offer already.

He's quite taken by the fact that a newly released TV has gotten such a steep discount – AU$1,300 off is no joke. And that's happening at JB Hi-Fi right now. This is the 65-inch model and while its RRP is admittedly pretty steep, this discount makes it a lot more enticing.

This Bose is boss – QC Ultra Headphones for a record-low price

Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones in black on orange background with TechRadar "lowest price" text

Stop the presses because Bose's best cans are constantly dropping in price!

The QC Ultra Headphones were AU$399 earlier in June (we wrote about that on June 2), then they dropped to AU$398 in during Amazon's Mid-Year Sale last week, and now they're down to an even lower AU$392.99. You can get that price by checking the coupon box on the Amazon listing page, otherwise you'll still pay AU$398.

The additional coupon is only available on the Black and White Smoke colour options, but Lunar Blue and 60th Edition Diamond variants are going cheaper than RRP at AU$398. The Deep Plum is just a dollar more. And they're all accessible via the same listing.

Why the Bose QC Ultra Headphones? Firstly, they're flagship Bose cans, so you're getting world-class performance and comfort here. Secondly, they've been our pick of the best noise-cancelling headphones since they launched in 2023, only recently being challenged by the brand-new Sony WH-1000XM6 (which we doubt will see a discount any time soon).

That's got to say something. If you have the spare cash, these premium headphones are absolutely worth it for a very generous discount.

Laptops for less

EOFY 2025 and TechRadar logo with three laptops on a patterned blue background

(Image credit: HP, Apple, Asus, Lenovo)

One of the most popular items to buy during EOFY is a laptop. Whether you want one for work or play, June is a good time to pick up one and, if the main purpose is the former (and if the latter is your work), the device becomes tax deductible. That means you could pocket a little extra savings in the form of the returns.

We're keeping an eye on all the top EOFY laptop deals, handled by my colleague who is an expert in all things computing. He's following sales on the Lenovo and HP websites, plus checking retailers for other brands too: Dell, Apple and more.

You can find all of his picks in our dedicated EOFY laptops deals page.

It's time to jostle for the best EOFY deals in June!

Hello and welcome to our live coverage of Australia's EOFY 2025 sale. Most Aussie retailers will have discounts of some flavour or the other, and chances are they'll be trying to outmatch each other in a bid to make a sale. That's good news for the buyer – that's you, dear reader – so you get to maximise your savings.

However, having to trawl through various retailers and comparing prices can be time consuming and, occasionally, overwhelming. That's where my team and I come in. We've not only been covering various sales for the last decade but, between us, we have a ton of experience with various tech products. We each have a specialisation – for example, I'm a photographer and have extensive knowledge on E Ink tablets – so we're able to tell you exactly what is a good deal. We might not bring you the lowest price on a product, but we will explain why that's so.

So if you'd like to shop along with us, bookmark this page as we'll keep it updated through the rest of the month, all the way until EOFY deals end on June 30.
