Does Ninja offer free shipping?
Ninja offers free next day delivery on all orders over £30. Orders below this total will incur a fee of £3.50. Orders are shipped seven days a week and include a 1-hour time slot for your convenience.
Does Ninja price match?
Like other retailers, Ninja is keen to be competitive, so it has a price match policy. If you find the item you're buying for less elsewhere, Ninja will match the price. Approved retailers include Amazon, Argos, Currys, John Lewis, AO, Very, and Littlewoods. The item needs to be identical for it to be eligible.
What is the Ninja return policy?
Ninja customers can send items back to the brand within the first 30 days of making their purchase if they change their mind. To do so, you will need to provide a written confirmation, which is most easily delivered via email. You'll also need to cover the cost of any returns postage yourself.
